Not a life-safety service

Atmostorm is an information aggregator. It is not an official source of weather information and is not a substitute for the National Weather Service, local NWS forecast offices, or any official emergency management authority. Do not rely on Atmostorm alone to make life-safety decisions. Always verify severe weather information directly with the NWS and follow the guidance of your local emergency managers.

Data accuracy

We aggregate data from public sources and do our best to present it accurately and in real time. However, any aggregation introduces latency. Data may be missing, delayed, or incorrect due to upstream issues, network conditions, or bugs. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

Acceptable use

Do not:

• Scrape the site or API at volumes that interfere with other users
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or authentication
• Misrepresent Atmostorm data as an official source
• Use the service to harass, stalk, or endanger others

API use

The Atmostorm API is provided free of charge under a fair-use rate limit. We reserve the right to revoke or restrict API access if usage patterns interfere with the service for other users. For high-volume needs, contact us.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Significant changes will be announced via the site or email (for registered users).
